Each time you execute a test case iTest saves its execution results. In the Execution perspective, you have Test Reports view. This view shows all historical test reports. You can open any test report and there is a "Save Test Report As..." button available on top of each report (see screenshot).You can save your test report as text file or html file. These files can then be shared with your developers.
