Re: Unable to connect to SSH

You can look at the pcap file you attached and can see that there is no TCP connection from iTest to your device in the pcap file. You may want to ask Adeel to get this capture if you are not sure how to capture it. If you are sure that you captured it correctly, it simply implies that there is a problem with ssh session profile. Some values have not been entered correctly. Can you attach your session profile here?

Re: Unable to connect to SSH

I would appreciate if you don't jump into conclusion about my ability to capture pcap. Please find the attached session profile. In case you want to check my setup we can arrange a webex sesion.

Re: Unable to connect to SSH

I apologize profusely - I did not mean to imply anything of that sort. It would seem like a breeze session with Fanfare support is in order because either it is a set up issue or a bug in iTest. Let me look at your session profile and see if I can notice anything out of ordinary.

Re: Unable to connect to SSH

Session properties do indeed look OK to me. Please set up a breeze session with the help of Fanfare support and tell them to ask for an SSH expert from engineering to be on the breeze to help them troubleshoot it.

Thanks Kumar for all your help. I will set up a breeze session with Fanfare support. How to go about doing that?
