A runtime license allows you to execute tests created using iTest. It also allows you to edit some ancillary files needed to adapt an executable test to your environment -- such as session profiles and testbeds.
You can use iTest using a runtime license -- which will give you the iTest GUI so that you can run tests interactively. If you have a runtime license, you are also allowed to execute tests using itestcli and/or itestrt.
