Unfortunately, iTest does not support AX/4000 yet; but we could add it in as a Feature Request for the next release. Is it used a lot in your organization?

Yes. Beside Ixia, Spirent AX4000 is used a lot (specially for T1/E1 and ATM).

Note that like most traffic equipment, Adtech AX4000 has a Tcl API which can be called from iTest. Fanfare has at least one customer doing this already. I am investigating the level of effort for this solution. For example, is there some utility that will generate a Tcl script from an AX4000 configuration, or must we write AX4000 Tcl API commands from scratch? If anyone has any information on this please post it here!

As I know of, there is no utility to generate script in Adtech (as in Ixia). Have to write script from scratch (based on the Tcl API user guide)
